Lean Crew Member (Training level I)
The training runs over two consecutive days and is targeted for those who need a first impression of what Lean is and can provide. We play Lean knowledge in through a Lean game where you, in cooperation with other players, optimise and improve your starting position. This will be supplemented with chunks of Lean knowledge, so you get a certain portion of basic knowledge in place. The price level for the training is around DKK 2500, depending on the number enrolled.
